This policy explains how cancellations, returns and refunds work for orders placed on ordermagicmushrooms.uk. It does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
Cancelling an order (14 days)
If you are a consumer buying at a distance, you can cancel within 14 days of the day you receive your goods, without giving a reason, and you then have a further 14 days to send them back. Tell us in writing that you want to cancel, quoting your order number.
Items that cannot be returned
- Sealed items that were opened after delivery and cannot be resold for hygiene or health-protection reasons (for example syringes, sterile consumables, agar plates and cultures once the seal is broken).
- Goods that deteriorate quickly or have a short shelf life, once they have been delivered.
- Custom or trade-case orders made to your specification.
Faulty, damaged or wrong items
If something arrives damaged, defective or not as ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo. We will replace the item or refund you, including the original delivery cost. Your statutory right to a repair, replacement or refund for faulty goods is unaffected.
How refunds are paid
Refunds are made using the same method you paid with where possible (bank transfer or Skrill). Orders paid by cryptocurrency are refunded in the same currency to a wallet address you give us, at the GBP value of the refund on the day it is made. We refund within 14 days of agreeing the refund or receiving the returned goods, whichever is later.
Returning goods
Unless the item was faulty or sent in error, the cost of returning goods is paid by you. Please pack returns securely and keep proof of postage.
