Magic Mushrooms UK is an online shop for people who study and grow fungi. We supply microscopy equipment, slides and stains, sterile lab consumables, agar, grain spawn and substrate, grow kits, and liquid cultures of gourmet and medicinal species, delivered across the UK in plain packaging.
What we sell, and what it is for
- Spore syringes are sold for microscopy and research only: examining, measuring and identifying spores.
- Grow kits, spawn, substrate and liquid cultures are intended for legal species such as oyster, Lion’s Mane and reishi.
- Lab supplies (microscopes, slides, stains, agar, sterile consumables) are for study and home-lab work.
Growing mushrooms that contain psilocybin is illegal in the UK. We do not give cultivation advice for those species and our kits and guides do not cover them. Read our legal notice for the detail.
How we write our guides
Our guides cover microscopy and legal-species growing. Product specifications come from the product itself, legal statements are checked against the legislation and GOV.UK, and we avoid health claims. If you spot a mistake, email us and we will correct it.
