These terms apply to orders placed on ordermagicmushrooms.uk. Magic Mushrooms UK is the trading name used on this site. They do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
1. Who can buy
You must be 18 or over. By ordering you confirm that you are, and that the goods are for lawful use in the country they are delivered to.
2. Lawful use
Spore syringes are sold for microscopy and research only. Growing mushrooms that contain psilocybin is illegal in the UK, and you must not use anything you buy from us for that purpose. Kits, spawn, substrate and liquid cultures are intended for legal species such as gourmet and medicinal mushrooms. We may refuse or cancel any order where we reasonably believe the goods will be used unlawfully.
3. Orders and prices
Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm that we have accepted it and are dispatching the goods. We may decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock or a price was shown wrongly, and will refund anything you have paid.
4. Payment
We accept bank transfer, Skrill and cryptocurrency. Your order is held until payment is received. Cryptocurrency prices are based on the pound value of your order at checkout; please send the exact amount shown.
5. Delivery
See shipping and delivery. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed times. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered.
6. Cancellations, returns and refunds
See refunds and returns.
7. Product information
We describe products as accurately as we can. Yields, colonisation times and similar figures are typical examples, not promises, because results depend on your conditions and technique. We make no health claims for any product.
8. Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory rights for faulty goods. Otherwise our liability to you for any order is limited to the price you paid for it.
9. Privacy
How we use your data is explained in our privacy policy.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights you have where you live.
