Open an exchange account
Coinbase and Kraken are widely used exchanges that accept UK debit and credit cards. Sign up with your email and verify your ID. Every UK exchange requires this, it isn't specific to us.

Buy with your card
Card purchases clear instantly (a small fee applies), the quickest route if you want your order released fast.

Send to the address on your order page
On your order confirmation page, scan the QR code with your app's camera or tap Copy to copy the address exactly. In the exchange app tap Send/Withdraw, paste it, and double-check the network shown matches exactly before confirming.

Upload your screenshot
Back on your order confirmation page, upload a screenshot of the completed transaction. We check it manually and release your order.
Lower fees, still fast: Faster Payments
If you aren't in a rush to the minute, fund your exchange by Faster Payments bank transfer instead of a card. UK banks typically settle this in minutes and the fees are usually lower. Same steps after that: buy, send to the address on your order page, upload your screenshot.

One rule that protects you
Only send the exact cryptocurrency and network shown on your order confirmation page. Blockchain payments generally cannot be reversed: sending the wrong asset or the wrong network can permanently destroy the funds. If a payment seems delayed, don't resend. Contact us first.
